RESORT POLICIES

Resort is open May 1-October 15 annually

Check in time: 2 p.m.

No pets allowed in cabins or on premises

At no time may cottages exceed capacity for overnight guests

No smoking allowed in cabins or inside resort common buildings

Bicycles permitted, but please do not ride on resort grounds

A rental deposit of $200/week is required to guarantee reservation

Rental balance (less deposit) due at check-in + 5.5% sales tax

NEW in 2024: Major credit cards are now accepted. (3% fee added to total.)

$5 fee will be assessed for lost keys

$50 fee will be assessed for extra cleaning or undisposed trash

Before the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day (starting Tuesday), cottage rates are 1/3 off weekly rate or $20 off daily rate
